    The Philippine government, both local and national, prioritizes road investments in its development plans. However, issues facing the quality and efficiency of roads throughout the country cannot be ignored. Roads are critical in fostering economic development throughout the country. Previous studies have shown a direct positive connection between good roads and higher productivity. This means that roads, which ease mobility and network connectivity; enable the economy to grow and prosper. This study looks deeper into the role of roads in facilitating productivity and poverty reduction throughout the regions.
