Studies show that women have to allocate their time among work, leisure, and household duties. This paper investigates the determinants of the level of labor supplied by married women in the embroidery industry of Lumban, Laguna. The determinants such as the husband's income, number of children four years old and below, total number of children, number of years spent in school, age and availability of indoor plumbing were considered. Age, educational attainment and total number of children did not exhibit the expected results but the first two proved to be insignificant.
