Item Restricted The Philippine housing sector: a historical-structural analysis(2010-03) Abrantes, Andrea Joyce; Delos Angeles, Jheric; Clarete, RamonThis study aims to evaluate and reassess the Philippine housing sector with the use of data gathered from two different periods: during the nine-year implementation of the Unified Home Lending Program (UHLP) and during the execution of the Multi-Window Lending System (MWLS). The researchers used three housing indicators namely, housing supply, housing qualities and share of housing expenditure to total household expenditure, to compare the over-all housing conditions during the said periods.
