This study investigated the pregnancy outcome of 8,399 women who were at least become pregnant using the 2008 National Demographic and Health Survey. The authors employed the Two- Stage Least Squares method in estimating the determinants of pregnancy outcome in the study population. Result showed that maternal education and contraception have significantly increased the number of live births among total pregnancies.
