dc.description.abstractThis paper deals with the question of the full-cost of education iin the secondary level, its determinants and its implications on the cost structure of the educational system. The findings show that full costs and its components may influence the educational attainment. The findings also show varying levels in the full costs per school but revealing biases of certain schools for certain income levels resulting in a limiting of educational opportunities.
