dc.description.abstractThis is a study using the human capital approach and employing a multiple linear regression model to determine the extent to which education, together with other economic variables, affects earnings per worker in the Philippines. The of the Philippines, The results prove that, indeed, education has a significant effect on earnings and that, for the most part, the educational factor would explain earnings differentials over the regions.
