For everyone’s safety, the UPSE Library’s premises shall be used solely for academic purposes.

service hours

BEFORE ENTERING LIBRARY PREMISES

1.   Present your UP ID/Library Pass to the guard on duty.
2.  Have your temperature checked.
3.  Scan your Library Pass upon entry to the Library.


WHILE INSIDE THE LIBRARY PREMISES

1.  Please wear your mask properly at all times.
2.  Do not eat or drink inside the Library.
3.  Tone down your voice when conversing with other people. 4. Do not vape or smoke inside the Library.

BORROWING & RETURNING BOOKS

Please proceed to the Library Circulation Section when borrowing/returning books.

REQUEST SCANNING OF BOOK CHAPTERS (DOCUMENT DELIVERY SERVICE)

If you only need two chapters of a book, you may ask the Library to scan them for you.

Important: The Library can only give requestors a temporary viewing link to two chapters of a book to avoid violation of the copyright law. A scanning request usually takes 3-5 working days to be completed. Email upselibrary.upd@up.edu.ph to avail.
